This online database is provided as part of the Indiana Defense Assets Strategic Plan is being developed with the
specific goal of finding ways to help Indiana companies and universities obtain more Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) contracts, subcontracts
and grants. Indiana companies were Prime Contractors to DOD and NASA with the sum total of nearly $4.5
billion dollars of economic activity.
This new Strategic Plan is part of a growing recognition that DOD, NASA, and DHS money coming to universities and private companies is a significant portion of Indiana’s gross product and should be grown. |
